Tawfiq Qatan, a master jeweller with over 40 years of experience, is deeply connected to the olive leaf motif, which reflects his bond with the land and Palestinian heritage. Dedicated to preserving the craft, he has passed his knowledge to his son Samer, ensuring the continuity of their workshop’s legacy with pride.

    Tawfiq Qatan has dedicated his entire life to the craft of jewellery making, accumulating over 40 years of experience. He has created unique designs and showcased his work in exhibitions. Tawfiq has a particular fondness for the olive leaf design, which symbolizes his strong connection with his land and the olive tree, reflecting his personal bond to Palestinian heritage. Believing in the importance of passing down this craft to future generations, Tawfiq identified his son Samer’s passion and ability to learn and master the craft. In teaching Samer the craft, Tawfiq ensures the continuity of their workshop’s legacy, a source of great pride for Tawfiq.
