Raed Zreineh

Raed Zreineh, a skilled stone carver from Beit Jala, has been passionate about this craft since childhood. His journey into the world of stone carving began at the age of twelve when he frequently visited his uncle, a carver, whose workshop became his first school of artistry. Determined to refine his skills, Raed pursued formal education in fine arts in Ukraine, where he deepened his understanding of carving techniques and artistic expression. With over 35 years of experience in the field, he has become one of the leading artisans in stone carving, seamlessly blending tradition with innovation. Through his craftsmanship, Raed continues to preserve the heritage of this ancient art while infusing it with his distinctive artistic touch.
